What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates. The estimates are the final price except for plywood that must be replaced under the roof or siding if found in bad condition.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and take a look at the property. We then get an idea of exactly what the customer wants. We go over the products we use and the different color and style options. We send the customer the estimate, and if they are happy with it we start the work with a deposit collected. A full roof replacement takes 1 to 2 days, siding takes 3 to 5 days. Gutters take 1 day to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our guys have ten-plus years in roofing, siding, and gutters. We have helped hundreds of homeowners maximize their homes' image and have protected their biggest investment.
