What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I am new to business I don’t have all the crazy overhead most company’s have including offices, large garages, fancy trucks. So typically my prices are really low compared to others
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will introduce myself give a free estimate and evaluation of the proposed project. And request a down payment of 33% when I start the job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an education from Williamson Trade as well as local 1 Bricklayer’s/Allied craftsman. I joined the Bricklayer’s union and still a member since 2007. I also worked for various masonry company’s over the pass 12 years having experience in brick, block,concrete, stone, stucco and tile.
