- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will match most rates. If you are quoted a specific amount to fix an issue, I will match or at least beat the price. I'm all about fairness and making it right for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll figure out what your current issues are. I'll seek a resolution. I'll fix the problem. I like to keep things simple and to the point and I'll do my best to cater to your needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years in customer facing service and sales. Mobile technologies, sales, computer repair, networking issues, etc. If you have a problem with your computer, cell phone or tablet, I've seen it and probably experienced it in one way or another.
