- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its hard to use a standard pricing system unless building from scratch. Each remodel presents a different issue as far as demolition and remodeling. For Handyman/ repair jobs, I charge $ 50 per hour or $400 per day
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, I prefer to see a job prior to submitting an estimate. Once I see it, I make suggestions as to how I feel the job should be done if just repairing something, If I am building something from scratch or remodeling a room, I offer suggestions based on the customers vision or ideas. I then formulate a fair and accurate estimate and submit it to the customer, hopefully earning their business
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twenty years experience in the trades, as well as trade schooling and training with different manufacturer's products. New products are constantly coming out, and I feel to run my business effectively, I need to keep up with current trends.
