The holidays were upon us, so I decided to refresh the main stairway leading up to the second floor from the main living area in my home. I wanted to re-carpet the stairs and reinforce the banisters. But before putting down the new carpet, I wanted to eliminate any creaks from the steps themselves and upper landing. I contacted Colin Taylor at Precision with my ideas on how to address the job. Colin quickly responded with an approach and a time frame for getting the job done. Workers from Precision were able to complete the job in one afternoon: remove preexisting carpet, padding, staples, tack strips, etc.; prepare and reinforce the steps and banisters; and eliminate the creaks. The men worked quickly, cleanly and were polite gentlemen. Additionally, the cost for getting the job done was reasonable! I highly recommend Colin Taylor and Precision for home repairs, renovation or upgrades.

We had a bathroom that required a complete renovation which I would have normally done myself however procrastination got the best of me and did the unthinkable in hiring someone to just get the job done. By the grace of God we were provided a young man with contracting skills of a seasoned veteran. He goes by Taylor Precision Contracting whereas "precision" needs no refinement. My wife and I were more than pleased with the way he conducted himself. His work ethic on how he approached the job showed me right out of the gate he possessed a personal set of values. Colin was highly motivated, always on time and ready to work. He mapped out the entire job, gave us a timeline and demonstrated a strong commitment to achieving everything we asked of him. We are truly appreciative of Colin and his crew being available with great attitudes and providing us with 100% satisfaction and with "precision" craftmanship.

If you are looking for a contractor who cares about the process as much as the outcome, then you have found the right company. Colin and his team completed a full kitchen renovation for our family. From beginning to end there was timely and accurate communication. The pride they take in the workmanship is unmatched. But its the little things that go the furthest when you are going through a major renovation. The cleanliness was a major surprise. Colin and his team kept the cleanest job sight that I have ever seen. They also offered recommendations that were very thoughtful. If I were to have to go through this process again, there is no doubt that I would hire Taylor Precision Contractors for my project! Thank you again Colin for the most amazing experience!!

Colin, and his company, Taylor Precision Contracting, are absolutely awesome! I highly recommend Colin as he met more than all of my expectations when I hired him to build a new deck. Colins work is pristine. He is knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, and creative. I respect him as a contractor and as a person because he cares about his projects, has integrity, and goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is correct. My neighbors were all stunned when they saw my finished deck because its really special. Definitely dont hesitate to hire Colin. I have been working with Taylor Precision Contracting for 2 years. Colin Taylor is unique to say the least. I'm ashamed that the fact that he is HONEST, to a fault, up front and direct with pricing is the "exception" and not the "norm" anymore. With all of the horror stories you hear about "bad contractors" Colin is a bright star. He has renovated one of my flip properties, he has fixed my deck and repainted the front of our home and is currently scheduled to paint our home interior. I am Realtor of 40 yrs.
