- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer senior/veteran/cash discounts for all services provided. Every job is different depending on the load. We strive to be as transparent as possible with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we have a phone/email conversation to set up a time to provide an estimate. We also can provide accurate estimates if pictures are provided. More than likely we are able to do the job immediately if we agree on pricing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a laborer for a paving company for years. Following that I shifted to retail management/sales. We have extensive customer service and laboring experience!
