- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty comparable to other companies in the industry. Depending on which service you are recieving and how often, depends on pricing. Also referring neighbors can help lower your costs. I am always looking for ways to help my customers make the most out of their outdoors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Receive a request for Maintenance, call the Customer to set up a good time to meet or stop by and leave an Estimate. After the Estimate is recieved by the customer, the can choose to hire and then I get them on schedule in a timely manner that works for their schedule as well as mine. payment is due upon completion and I look forward to them reaching out for their next project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started professionally landscaping 6 years ago with a company. I have really fallen in love with what I do and I love the endless amount of knowledge I gain from year to year. I really enjoy putting together new design plans for people.
