Super professional and very personable! Knowle was amazing. Needed a chef to prepare our meals at a fancy pants business event and he was a GREAT choice. It was great fun having him there and the food and tastes were amazing. Finished off with some fresh homemade ice cream - everyone was happy. Very exciting, will reach out again.
