I was looking for a personal trainer to meet my fitness goals, to lose weight and be ready for an upcoming stress test. At this time, I'm really glad I found Reuben, he is helping me achieve these goals. Seeing milestones reached makes me feel proud of myself and Reuben gives good feedback in those little accomplishments that ultimately will lead to reaching my goals.
