I was looking for a personal trainer to meet my fitness goals, to lose weight and be ready for an upcoming stress test. At this time, I'm really glad I found Reuben, he is helping me achieve these goals. Seeing milestones reached makes me feel proud of myself and Reuben gives good feedback in those little accomplishments that ultimately will lead to reaching my goals. At our first meeting, Ruben was very good at understanding my goals and giving a tailored recommendation for my body type. He tested my endurance and gave a very good initial plan. Unfortunately, I had an accidental fall that led to hip laberal tear prior to starting with him. I am still undergoing treatment and could not start my workouts with him. Thanks for doing what you do and helping so many people achieve good physical tests. I appreciate your time and feedback. Will reach out when I am fully recovered.
