John was an incredible professional. Within thirty minutes, we had down a time for him to come and give an estimate, after work because I could not be there during the day. He knew very quickly what the issue was and provided a surprisingly low estimate. He even worked it out so that I would not need to be home while the repair was taking place, which was a huge time saver.
He agreed to come out the next day to get the repair done quickly before the next big rainstorm, which was later that day! His work held very well as my home was nice and dry when I returned from work.
I will certainly be using John again in the future and have already recommended him to a friend!
