- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for tile or other flooring is done by the square foot. It is dependent on the type of tile used, pattern, layout of the area to be tiled, etc... If the job includes demo, it is difficult to give accurate prices, sight unseen. Bathroom and Kitchen remodels are dependent on the type and quality of finishes being used. With this forum, the more detailed information given will lead to more accurate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part of the process is the initial on-site consultation. This is crucial in setting realistic expectations to be met. i.e.; schedules, material used, installation instructions, etc..And the best thing about it:It’s free. . And there is NEVER any pressure. At Geary Tile, we will never try to sell you anything you do not need. Our goal is to give you a Superior quality product at a fair price. Once we are on the same page, the rest is easy. At Geary Tile and Remodeling, customer satisfaction is paramount. We work in a neat and clean manner, effectively communicating throughout the job to ensure satisfaction. We are not happy unless you are happy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working in the construction industry for over 25 years. College, and the office life that would have followed,weren't for me. I enjoy working with my hands and the feeling of accomplishing a job done well
