Tom was very quick to respond to my request in thumbtack. He talked me through the project and then set out a date to come by and review. He came timely, reviewed my chimney damage, and quickly assessed the terms to fix. He was detailed in his explanation and reasonable to negotiate. We set a date for his crew to fix the chimney and they arrived on time and performed the work.
