- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 4 service minimum. Pricing varies depending upon the amount of services. Our team is happy to service everyone in your bridal party- Groomsmen, Bridesmaids, Moms, Dads, Uncles, Aunts, Grandparents, Flower girls, Ring Bearers, etc.! Send us a message to discuss pricing for your upcoming event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you know the "where" and "when" it's time to schedule a Preview. Reach out to us and we will discuss availability and pricing. You will want to have a rough idea of how many services you will be needing. (Ex: I have 3 bridesmaids, for hair and makeup, Mom needs makeup, Grandma needs her hair done, and so does the Groom, his best man and 2 groomsmen. That's 4 women's hair services, 1 groom and 3 men's hair services, and 4 makeup services.) You typically want to schedule your trial for 3-6 months out for brides and 2-6 weeks for men. We will collect a down payment to hold your date, and check in with you regularly to finalize any last minute details or note any changes. We will collect a final payment 2 weeks prior to your special day. On your wedding day, our team will arrive on-site to your location, set up, and get to work making everyone look fabulous! Once finished, we will do any last minute touch-ups as needed.
