- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is always by the sqft. The price will be different if you are doing laminate,hardwood naildown or hardwood gluedown,hardwood on a 45, Layout of room. If we have to remove old flooring. Theres alot of factors its best to have a estimate done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, There is always something new to learn. Products and tools change all the time you have to stay on top of these things.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was out of work for awhile and had some friends that did this. They needed an extra helper went to work with them and have been doing it ever since.Turned out i was pretty good at it and i enjoy working in a different place almost every week plus being your own boss is nice.
