Jamie showed up on time. I explained that Groundworks did waterproofing last summer and I still had water in my basement. I had a visit from Ken of Groundworks prior to Jamie’s visit and the best Groundworks could do is perform additional work at a cost of $15,000. That’s after I paid over $10,000 for the original work. So I decided to see if Viking could do better. Jamie was sympathetic and evaluated the work that was done, finding several issues . His evaluation was more comprehensive than Ken’s approach. I did not hire Viking because Jamie suggested that I contact Groundworks again and request that repairs be done in accordance with Groundworks warranty. I regret that I did not have Viking do the original work. Jamie said Viking always stands by its work. I believe him.

Jamie and his crew did a wonderful job! Crew was efficient and returned everyday to complete the job. Jamie kept us updated on his progress and answered questions. Our basement needed a lot of work and Viking transformed it. Thank you Viking!

Jamie took the time to inspect and explain the remedy process. I had to get a channel drain dug to divert water away from the house and needed concrete work done as well. The work performed was thorough, clean and as explained. Had a great experience with Viking and they are competitively priced. You won’t regret going with this company.
