Jamie showed up on time. I explained that another company (not Viking) did waterproofing last summer and I still had water in my
basement. The best the other company could do was to sell me additional services.
Jamie was sympathetic and carefully evaluated the work that was already done, finding several issues . His evaluation was more comprehensive than that of the original company.
I did not hire Viking because Jamie suggested that I contact the original company again and request that repairs be done in accordance with its warranty.
I regret that I did not have Viking do the original work. Jamie said Viking always stands by its work. I believe him.

Jamie took the time to inspect and explain the remedy process. I had to get a channel drain dug to divert water away from the house and needed concrete work done as well. The work performed was thorough, clean and as explained. Had a great experience with Viking and they are competitively priced. You won’t regret going with this company.
