After moving into my home a few weeks ago and noticing that water was getting into the basement whenever it rained heavily, I decided to get to the root of the problem. Jamie was the first person to respond when I reached out to different waterproofing companies and he was able to come assess the problem within a few days of me contacting him. We were able to schedule the work the following week. Jamie and his team extended my sump pump discharge, extended my downspouts, and installed a French drain in the problematic part of my basement. When they left, my house was cleaner than when they came - you would honestly never even know that I had someone doing such extensive work in the house! It hasn’t rained much since, but I am confident that the work Jamie did will mitigate my issues going forward!

Viking Waterproofing promptly responded to our request. Came to our home, thoroughly explained the best course of action. We received the estimate and booked within weeks. The level of professionalism provided throughout our project was top notch. Our yard was pristine after each work day and the amount of work competed each day was astonishing! Start to finish in 3 days and I’ve never been so excited for the rain so that we can finally have a yard that doesn’t turn into a pool. After a heavy rainstorm our basement flooded and we came to thumbtack looking for a basement waterproofing contractor. Jamie and Erin from Viking were immediately responsive and came out to get us an affordable and perfect solution to our basement flooding issue and installed French drains. The team is great to work with and went above and beyond in the quality of the job. They isolated off our entire basement keeping everything spotless and even cleaned up at the end inside and outside as well. I can’t recommend them enough!

Very happy with the work performed by Viking Waterproofing. I had a an issue where my backyard would be underwater after most rainstorms Installed two surface drains alone each side of my property as well as underground gutters. Jaime was amazing throughout the process and is really knowledgeable. Check out the before and after photos (similar rainstorms) to see for yourself.
