Fitz-It (love the name) responded to my request quickly and gave me a price that was more than reasonable. He arrived on time, kept good communication with me and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I also appreciated the suggestions he came up with. I am a homeowner in Bucks County and I needed some handyman work done around my house. I called on Fitz-It Home Services and I was extremely happy with Ryan's work. He was meticulously clean while working in my home, he was right on time for each appointment we had and the work he performed was excellent. I had some water damage in my basement bar area and Ryan restored it to its original appearance. Upon completing that task I decided to have him address a few other items in which his knowledge and skills were once again top notch. I recommend his firm highly and you will appreciate his honesty when it comes to working hourly or pricing a job. He was extremely fair and I actually paid him more than requested due to the quality I received!! Give Fitz-It a try and you will not be disappointed!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's talk about what you're looking for. I'll make some suggestions based on my work with other clients, we'll decide the direction of the job and then I'll provide a quote. My job is to set the RIGHT expectations for costs and outcomes so expect that my quote and commitment will be accurate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal training from Bucks County Technical School as a Bricklayer. 20+ years in commercial construction. 10+ years as a rental owner in Montgomery/Bucks County. Rehabbing properties, seasonal maintenance, general plumbing and electrical, etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm formally trained as a Bricklayer, owned a home very early, met my wife who's father is a general contractor and caring for my parents property all of which has provided the opportunity to use, grow and hone my specialty and general skills.
