- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on the length of the visit. We never charge extra for numerous pets or specific care requests (with the exception of administering medications). Have 4 dogs and 3 cats? You will pay the same as the family with only 1!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always offer a complimentary Meet/Greet at the client's home so the client has an opportunity to meet us and make sure that they and their pets are comfortable with us coming into their home. At this meeting, we will go over all of their needs and answer any questions and concerns they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jenny (owner and caregiver) graduated from Delaware Valley College in 2003 with degrees in Small Animal Science and Business Administration. She has worked in many various fields of pet care including managing an overnight boarding and daycare facility for dogs and cats as well as working for a very busy emergency veterinary clinic. She has over 20 years of experience in total caring for small animals in many different settings.
