- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer packages which reduce pricing. Discounts are available for military and first responders. Other factors and situations will be considered on a case by case basis. All current pricing reflects consideration for the financial hardships from the COVID-19 pandemic.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do an exploratory call to see which devices or blend of services will work best for the client. We schedule a session and develop a plan. Then we begin working to achieve the client’s goals. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent a significant amount of time studying under 4 master instructors receiving several certifications in hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, and several coaching skills areas. I believe in continuing my education so that I may provide the best blend of services specifically tailored to needs of each of my clients. Most recently, I’ve obtained my Master certification in NLP from the iGNLP.
