My services are conducted at either your home or office. Your program will include a free consultation, free initial assessment, nutritional counseling, nutritional supplement advice, and a free trial session. Sessions will include: strength training, flexibility, corrective exercise, core, HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training), TRX Suspension Training, postural analysis/enhancement. Re-assessments are done every 2-3 weeks to make sure the results are there. Re-assessments include weight, tape measures,and body fat measures. I provide all the fitness equipment for In-Home training: mat, stability ball, dumbells, resistance tubes, and the TRX suspension trainer. I provided a picture of the equipment above to show how much little space is needed. My brief background: I have been personal training for 18 years and I am a sole proprietor business owner. I am a certifed Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 2004. Your home workouts will have plenty of free weight access if that's what your after. That's why I included the photo of the CAP 50 lb adjustable dumbell, that can go from 5 to 50 lbs. As far as Covid 19 precautions: My traditional style of training is standing at least 6 feet away from clients already. I was never a "hands on" or "close spot" trainer. I always wear a n95 mask and also a cloth mask on top of that during sessions to protect you and myself. I have provided photos of my past negative Covid test results from 11/17/20 and 8/2/20 when new clients requested I get them before starting to train. If you want me to get tested, just ask! I also had the antibody test done in June out of curiosity but was negative.

Mike set up a plan for me based on my goals as well as my trouble spots. He's very professional and knowledgeable. I'm continuing to work with him on a weekly basis and feel good about the progress I'm making. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

ive been training with mike for about a year now and still very happy with the results. i was in a car accident 5 years ago and have many back problems as a result. i must admit that my conition has improved through the training. every session is a challenge and i would not be able to do these workouts on my own!

Results! Lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks. But they were fat pounds. Bodyfat went from 32% to 28% and now it's down to almost 26%. I can't say enough about how nice it is to have a trainer write up example meals for me. A+

im 33 years old and am in the best shape of my life and i thank mike for it. i had to post this review after he told me he joined thumbtack a month ago. totally different yet effective style of training. i plan to train with him for a long time.

i have been training with mike on and off since 2009. when i want immediate results i train with him steady for 6-12 weeks. when i want to go independent he writes me up workouts to do on my own and then i see him every month or so to get a more challenging, creative workout.
