My name is Ms Dee. I recently had to travel overseas for an extended period of time, and I needed a someone to manage my property while I was away. After doing some research, I hired Ms Mojoyin Abolarin, a property manager who came highly recommended. I was pleasantly surprised at how well she managed my property, and I would like to share my experience. Communication: Throughout my trip, Mojoyin Abolarin was prompt and professional in her communication. She kept me updated on any developments related to my property and was easy to get in touch with when I needed to speak with her. She also took the initiative to send me regular reports on the condition of my property, which helped put my mind at ease. Management: Mojoyin managed my property exceptionally well. She performed regular inspections to ensure everything was in order and handled any maintenance or repair issues that arose promptly and efficiently. She also helped handle an issue that came up with my neighbor who had a few tenant issues that cropped up while he was away, and I was impressed by how effectively she addressed their concerns. This was in addition to the mandate I gave her. I was extremely happy and my neighbor was impressed. Attention to detail: Mojoyin’s attention to detail was impeccable. She was thorough in her inspections and reporting of any issues, and she took the time to ensure everything was in good condition and ready for my return. I appreciated the fact that she went above and beyond to make sure my property was in top shape. Professionalism: Overall, Mojoyin conducted herself in a manner that inspired confidence. She was professional and respectful of my property and my neighbor’s tenant. I was impressed by her knowledge and expertise in property management, and I felt like my property was in good hands.
