- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge the local industry standard commission rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With both buyers and sellers, I discuss their need and motivation. Then with buyers, I will set them up on a property search, pair them with a lender (if needed) and begin the home touring process. Once a property is found, I negotiation the offer, home inspections, and appraisal process. I work with the listing agent, lender and closing company to close the sale in a timely manner. After an initial assessment, I set up a time to meet the sellers at their property. I tour the home and advise them on preparing the home for sale and what the market value is. I develop a specific marketing plan to sell the house. Once it is time to list, I will coordinate the photos, prepare the listing paperwork and begin the marketing strategies. When the home is under agreement, I coordinate with the buyer agent, title company and any local municipalities in order to close the property.
