- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask me for my discounts! I have many and honestly if I can’t find one that fits you then we should make one for you! Everyone should get a discount and feel special! We care it’s about refined shine and less about the dollars and cents to us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that I fully understand what the customer is asking to be cleaned. Each area. I review the size of the property as well verify it with use of program applications. I then will provide a professional estimate for the work that is desired through email and text and share with the customer any and all discounts that apply! I run many discounts to help my customers get the most value for their spend. The customer can accept the estimate from the estimate sent by my company and then move to scheduling the work. They will get reminders of the appointment as well notified when we arrive, start and stop followed by the final invoice emailed and texted to them to be able to make payment. When we do arrive to the property we preform out risk assessments and ready the property to be professionally cleaned by making sure all electrical is taped out, lights covered and any other items moved out of the cleaning area such as furniture, rugs and cars in the driveway. These things are personal property and we never what to do damage as that cost money to both the customers and the contractors or at the very least a less then satisfactory project!
