First, I was 100% Black Rose Appliance Technicians.
I awoke one morning to find a puddle of water in front of my GE refrigerator. The earliest appointment GE Service could provide was 9 days away. That led to my first experience with Thumbtack, which recommended Black Rose and another service provider. I "clicked" on Black Rose and receive a text response in 11 minutes. We later talked by phone and set up an appointment for the next day. Abdul diagnosed the problem as a leaking water inlet valve, and was able to replace it with one he had on his truck. He also cleaned the condenser coils, showed us what to do, and recommended we clean it ourselves every 6 months.
Payment of the very reasonable fee was easily transacted via Zelle (check or card also ok).
