My centralair broke in the middle of July. Quenton came to check on my unit the day after I reached out looking for an estimate. He was able to diagnose the issue and thoroughly explain the cause during his initial visit. The part needed to fix my unit needed to be ordered. Later the same day, Quenton called me with an update on the part, an estimate and a timeframe for when he would be back to complete the job. The part was delivered over the weekend and Quenton went above and beyond and came out on a Sunday to complete the work. I cannot recommend his work more. Completely professional and knowledgable. I am going to continue to use this company for routine maintenance work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I try to gain as much background information on the system as possible. Which helps paint a mental picture of the systems condition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a proud graduate of Delaware County Community College. There I received my Associates Degree in Applied Science HVAC. Prior to that I graduated from All State Careers with a Certificate in HVAC.
