- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is largely dependent on the size and scope of the job. I ask that my customers cover the cost of materials and I charge very fair rates for my labor and expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone consultation to get a good feel for the work required. From there, I complete an onsite estimate so I can make sure I'm providing an accurate quote. If the work is able to be completed the same day, I do. If not, we can schedule something.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ediso Job Corp and 11 years of hands on experience! I've worked with several incredibly talented electricians who have showed me the ropes and made sure I was armed with all of the knowledge I need to thrive and accomplish any job that comes my way.
