Really happy to have Justin’s help on some electrical work needed throughout my house! He was super responsive, answering my inquiry even on a Sunday night. This was a huge relief because I needed work done immediately. He showed up on time the next day and was able to tackle swapping out smoke alarms and a light fixture install for me. He gave me quotes for other projects and was upfront when some ideas I had were more extensive work than I was ready to take on. Definitely recommend Justin for any electrical needs!
Really responsive and personable, was able to come out same-day and fix some outlet issues I had. Explained what was going on, and what would be needed for the fix. Awesome experience, will definitely be hitting them up again!

I needed some guidance on ceiling fans that had issues. Maxey checked each fan and made recommendations along with pricing, His knowledge and expertise greatly Helped me with my decision making about the ceiling and whether they should go or stay. Maxey was through in checking ceiling fan in my bedroom that required him taking it down and taking all parts off and then putting back together and reinstalling. Having someone who can do general electric work without you having to pay a small fortune is certainly appreciate when you Senior/homeowner and on Budget. I was looking for minority small business owner and someone nearby, He fit into all those categories. I used Thumback for the first time and Maxey responded in timely manner. He is he has what we call knowledge/skills/abilities to do electrical work. I have other small electrical projects that I will be hiring him for. I would highly recommend him. Mr Justin was great!! He responded back quicker than I expected which was a plus. He came in saw what was wrong with the kitchen lighting, trouble shooter and Fixed it! The lights are on! Mr. Maxey installed 2 outdoor lights, replaced a light switch, and installed new pendent lights in my kitchen. He was available the same day and very punctual. He made suggestions about the lighting and was able to pick out the light fixtures based on what we talked about and made sure it fit my budget and liking. I am very pleased with the work he did and would recommend him for electrical jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is largely dependent on the size and scope of the job. I ask that my customers cover the cost of materials and I charge very fair rates for my labor and expertise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone consultation to get a good feel for the work required. From there, I complete an onsite estimate so I can make sure I'm providing an accurate quote. If the work is able to be completed the same day, I do. If not, we can schedule something.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ediso Job Corp and 11 years of hands on experience! I've worked with several incredibly talented electricians who have showed me the ropes and made sure I was armed with all of the knowledge I need to thrive and accomplish any job that comes my way.
