- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- We don’t charge on materials ( we provide real invoices as received from suppliers up request) - To come out: we do charge 79$ service call fee ( waved if hired ) - During the service call we don’t touch anything until the customer agrees with the cost. - Discounts : We always offer competitive prices comparing to our competitors - We do accept all kind of payments excluding checks; a processing fee of (up to 4%) applies on card payments, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle & cash. - for projects above 5000$ we do charge 10% in advance once the customer agreed to proceed.
