Well they came out to Dx the problem with the fridge. It needs a part. They said they will follow up with the cost to replace it. Never heard back. Update: these clowns have no idea what they’re doing. I had another guy come out. He actually ordered the part, replaced it in the fridge, and the issue still occurred. They don’t know what they’re doing. They basically made something up to get a $69 service call from me, knowing they wouldn’t be back. DO NOT USE. And they stunk of cigarette smoke.

During our visit, we spent a significant amount of time thoroughly testing every applicable component of the refrigerator and also verified manufacturer recall information related to your unit. Our diagnostics clearly identified the part responsible for the specific error code you were experiencing. At the conclusion of the visit, the unit was operating properly during testing. We were transparent at the time and stated that the behavior observed was not normal, which is why we advised allowing some time to monitor the unit. During this visit, our technician experienced a strong allergic reaction due to pet exposure, yet still completed a full and professional diagnostic without shortening the service call. ( also we normally charge 79$ as we discussed before the visit ) To be absolutely clear, none of our technicians smoke, and we maintain strict policies regarding cleanliness, professionalism, and respect inside customers’ homes. Appliance issues can be intermittent or involve multiple components, which can make long-term outcomes unpredictable even after a correct diagnosis. That does not mean the diagnosis was fabricated or done in bad faith. We take feedback seriously and have documented your concerns internally.
