I was incredibly impressed with Dean's expertise and professionalism during my boiler repair. He quickly identified a bad thermocouple and, through thorough diagnostics and thoughtful recommendations, saved me a significant amount of money by avoiding unnecessary, expensive repairs. He was very kind and friendly as well and I would highly recommend his services

I had such a great experience with BNK HVAC company! I needed heating service and they were extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into anything I didn’t need. They diagnosed the issue quickly, made the repairs the same day. What I appreciated most was how respectful and honest they were. Great communication, fair pricing, and very clean work. You can tell they actually care about the customer and take pride in their work. Dean specifically worked on our project and he went above and beyond. I highly recommend their heating services to anyone looking for reliable HVAC help. I will definitely be using them for maintenance and any future service needs!

We've had a great experience with Dean and his team. We hired him for two jobs so far and both turned out great. He converted a claw foot tub into a shower combo and it's beautiful and works great - and we also had him fix our toilet which had a hose issue. He's very professional, polite, and trustworthy. We will be hiring him for future plumbing jobs without question.

Omg!!! These guys are the absolute best. I wish I could have given a positive check for all of the performance selections. They quickly identified the plumbing issue, made the correction and now my problem is working perfectly. The overall price for my extensive repair was far less than others quoted.
