Not much interaction but Karim(?) and Dean were great! They responded immediately, came almost right away, diagnosed the issue with my heater quickly, and charged only $80 for the service fee.

Responded immediately and showed up for the job within a day. We had a leak from upstairs bathroom coming through the kitchen ceiling, difficult to spot the source but the contractor did a great job encountering the problem. The solution was economical and the end work perfect. Additionally, Dean was professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a leak in the main water pipeline in the house. Other plumbers gave us exponentially high estimates and could not come do the work right away and even wanted deposits for a relatively simple job. I reached out to this company which was already highly rated and I could not be more satisfied and thankful for my decision to try one more company. They responded right away and even came the same day had all the tools and parts necessary to get the job done on site. They even figured out a way to complete the job with having to contact the water department to turn off the water supply to the house from the street. Which would have been a nightmare since somehow it was filled with dirt and no cover. Simply a blessing these two gentlemen came did an excellent job and sight and cleaned up behind themselves. Highly recommended for any plumbing work especially if you need it done immediately and efficiently.
