I had such a great experience with BNK HVAC company! I needed heating service and they were extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into anything I didn’t need. They diagnosed the issue quickly, made the repairs the same day. What I appreciated most was how respectful and honest they were. Great communication, fair pricing, and very clean work. You can tell they actually care about the customer and take pride in their work. Dean specifically worked on our project and he went above and beyond. Omg!!! These guys are the absolute best. I wish I could have given a positive check for all of the performance selections. They quickly identified the plumbing issue, made the correction and now my problem is working perfectly. The overall price for my extensive repair was far less than others quoted. I highly recommend BNK plumbing for all needed plumbing projects!!!!

Dean and his team from BNK are very professional and responsive. Their initial check showed that there is a shutoff valve in our basement for the fridge; once they heard that Costco insisted on having a shutoff valve behind the fridge for new appliance installation, they came again within 24 hours and installed the shutoff valve behind the fridge free of charge. We deeply appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them without reservation. This is a trustworthy company which keeps its words. We will use them again for future plumbing needs.
