They fixed my washer drain pipe quickly and efficiently, showed me where the leak was, and even secured my dryer vent connection that was disconnected before they came over. I would absolutely hire them again!

I recently ordered and had a new washing machine installed and unfortunately the supplier was not able to install the drain hose. I reached out to BNK after attempting to fix the solution myself and they were extremely professional and responsive. They were able to complete the job, even after making a few trips for parts due to my homes improper piping and they even fixed and remapped the cold/hot water valves which were improperly installed. I would highly recommend BNK for any plumbing repair as they did an amazing and professional job.

Excellent professional service. Highly recommend ! They immediately made time in the evening after my work day to come out and assess my water heater problem They were so honest and thorough. My problem was solved. In addition, they spent the time to educate me and guided me with information needed for other plumbing questions and concerns. My invoice was emailed within an hours time for the work requested. As a lay person and a woman they did not take advantage and I felt safe I will definitely hire them for future work and would refer them to friends and family w/ out a doubt .

BNK Plumbing did amazing work. I had an issue with a bathroom leak. I wasn’t even sure what the problem was. Dean from BNK (and team) came in, did some tests, found the issue and even cleaned up all the debris. They were extremely professional, punctual and personable. The work they did is insured and if anything happens, they’ll come back and fix the issue. It’s safe to say that I have not seen any leaks or water since they’ve been here. AMAZING work and I would absolutely recommend for all of your plumbing needs. Hopefully I don’t have any other issues, but if I do they will be the first company I reach out to! Save time and money, reach out to them first and have them fix your issue correctly and for a great price!

BNK more than surpassed my expectations. Dean and Karim are professional, courteous, exacting in their work, and very knowledgeable in all things plumbing. I had a tankless water heater installed replacing a tank one and they completed the work in a timely manner, patiently resolving some of the “quirks” of the sensitive system I purchased. I will be using them for other plumbing jobs as well. Highly recommended.
