- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most work is measured and priced per square floor space, and linear feet, we generally do not just guess at a price. We also use exacta mate program , which can brake down costs to the very screw .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a appointment has been set , we sit and talk to the customer and generally get to know one another , I give a bit of my background and discuss the customers needs with budget and scope of project. We discuss options, ideals , and needs. After proper evaluation of needs, we brake down a to the point price , and estimate of costs, negotiate a final price and quote, then service the needs with quality and prompt completion .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in communications, and advertising , AA IN SPEACH COMM, and years of apprentice construction work by some of the best professionals in the construction field in our area and in 3 different states across country .
