The contractors arrived on time everyday. They kept me informed of the plan and progress and when more extensive damage was discovered, they explained what would need to be done and estimated costs quickly.
I was actually on site when the extensive damage was discovered, but I also reduced a call from Mark with pictures to show what needed to be addressed. He was also ready with an estimate of the additional work. Even texting June late in the evening after the workers left received and immediate reply.
I have full confidence that my project was done well and correctly. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and willingness to explain each step of the process. When they left, they cleaned up after themselves completely and it looked like no one had ever been there (except for the beautiful siding and windows).
We will definitely be hiring William Penn Renovation again for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of what we do is simple square foot pricing, however, we really have hundreds of options and products to choose from. So it's really difficult to price things with out seeing and measuring them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything that is available through the various manufacturers we represent as well as our local chapters of the home builders association.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I loved working and didn't love scholastic pursuits. This was the perfect vehicle for me. And I've been happily employed or self employed in our industry since 1988.
