- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few different ways of pricing, some jobs priced per hour, some may be priced per square foot, or linear feet. It depends on what kind of work is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i like to contact the customer, and than setup a day and time to come and take measurements if needed for that job so i can give a accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started learning this type of work at an early age, watching my stepfather work in this trade since i was 8 years old his whole life interested me. He had a business of his own and i worked beside him, and just took it all in.
