Alan was absolutely wonderful! He showed up on time, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was even able to give us some amazing tips and advice when it comes to first-time homeownership, without being pushy or making us feel like we needed to buy anything more from him than what we wanted and needed completed. He took his time completing our inspection, and by the time he was done my husband and I were able to to feel so much more confident and secure in the fact that we were choosing the right house. The inspector was able to get pre drywall inspection done on a short notice and also provided the report rather quickly. Report was pretty detailed and helped with our meeting with the builders. Alan was very nice, explained everything really well and did a great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are negotiable and we do offer discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My office will make contact with the customer. Appointments are scheduled around what is convenient for the customer. I prefer that the customer is there for the inspection if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my certification through InterNachi. Which is the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI is the only Home Inspector School that is accredited through the U.S. Dept of Education.
