Jon of Bespoke Fine Jewelry helped me by replacing a ring that I had lost. I had to cancel a few appointments because of medical appointments and he was always so polite and understanding. Jon has a keen knowledge about jewelry. With pictures and specifications that I knew, Jon worked to make the new ring look beautiful; it is fabulous. My experience working with Jon was very pleasant. He is one of the nicest people you would want to meet too.Aug 1, 2017Verified
I know next to nothing about jewelry or jewelry design, but Jon helped to take my ideas and inspirations and produce a beautiful ring for my fiancée. He was always very patient with me, and guided me along each step of the process--deciding which design aspects to include, what material to choose, and which stones would look best in the ring. Jon put me at ease throughout the whole process, and we couldn't be happier with the result. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring--we will definitely be using Bespoke Fine Jewelry again!Jun 20, 2016Verified
It takes a beautiful mind to be able to take someone's personality or just fact's and interest, and then create the kind of jewelry this man is making!! Truly breathtaking experience that I will always cherish.Feb 6, 2020

Over the summer I had a chance to work with Jon at Bespoke Fine Jewelry. I did not like it, I LOVED it! I had a millions custom engagement ring ideas and a billion photos. Somehow Jon helped me combine my favorites into one incredible ring. My fiancé loves it, it looks amazing, and people comment on it all of the time. Sure, this review may see canned or fake, but it's really not. For the quality, the price cant be beat. Trust me I looked. Anyway, if you want jewelry do yourself a favor, talk to Jon. I admire my fiancés ring every day. Just knowing there will never be one exactly like it. Pretty awesome. And its blindingly sparkly, so thats cool too.Jan 30, 2014
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The value of my pieces are based on the design, materials, and labor needed to bring the creation to life. I will work with you to determine the best materials for your budget. To provide an initial quote the more information I know the better. Have a picture or sketch of your design? Submit it with your request. Know the size of diamond(s) or gemstone(s) you like? Include that in your message. Of course, if you aren't sure of these, I will work with you to find the best options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first step is to gain an understanding of what the client is looking for. Many clients have pictures or sketches of what they want their ring or jewelry piece to look like. These are very helpful. If you don't have a picture, no worries. We can discuss the design for me to get a better understanding. Once I know the design and desired materials, I will provide an estimate. After your acceptance of the estimate, I kindly ask for a deposit due to the custom nature of the piece. You will then receive a CAD rendering or picture of a wax model to suggest edits or approve the design. It usually is 7 - 10 business days after the design approval to craft the finished piece. A complex design may take longer. I will let you know the estimated time for delivery when your order is placed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 10 years of experience in the jewelry industry. I have learned a lot during over these years, and I am excited when I learn something new. I have experience in designing jewelry, working with clients, and the business end of things.
