I have been Self Employed over 12 years working mostly in Food Manufacturing faciities working on Contaminant Detection machines. I have always only needed to work 2 days a week on average and used my spare time helping friends and neighbors with Property Management, Repairs, Upgrades, and Renovations. The Food industry work has slowed considerably due to shutdowns, layoffs, and strains on the industry. So I am seeking work as a handyman. I have experience installing all types of flooring (laminate, vinyl plank, vinyl tile, real tire, engineered hardwood wood, sheet vinyl, etc). I also am very experienced with electrical work including fixing and upgrading light fixtures, fans, GFCIs, switches, etc. I have done much plumbing work as well including Faucet replacements, Shower inserts, Toilet repairs and replacements. I can even do minor car maintenance and repairs for a fraction of most mecanics prices. I am fully insured and the sole proprietor of my LLC. I feel my biggest strengths are perseverence and attention to detail and doing all I can to make any job easy for the client.
