We met with Pastor Ed a few weeks before the wedding and knew immediately we wanted him to marry us. He has a wonderful personality and we love his humor. He was wonderful during the ceremony even the part when my husband’s phone rang in his back pocket. 🤭 We can’t say enough good things about Pastor Ed. We intend to go to a church service at his church in Sligo PA

On June 18 we found this website looking for an officiant for our wedding that was to take place on Friday, June 21 because the person who was supposed to officiate canceled on us last minute. Needless to say we were absolutely panicked. Pastor Rudiger responded to us within minutes saying he would love to officiate for us. We had a very small wedding in my husband‘s parents backyard and Pastor Rudiger made it such a beautiful and meaningful experience. He has a way of speaking that makes you less nervous and relaxed. The vows he wrote and the passages he chose couldn’t have been anymore perfect. He happily took pictures with us and gave us a lovely keepsake of the vows and passages he read printed out in a nice little booklet. He also makes an audio recording of the ceremony and uploads it to YouTube which is wonderful. For less than three days notice I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it couldn’t have been any more perfect. We HIGHLY recommend Pastor Ed Rudiger.

This is the pastor that you want to officiate your wedding! We did something small as the officialwedding will be held later; my wife's parents were there and a couple with whom we're really close. Pastor Ed was great and made everyone feel very comfortable. It seemed more like we were being married by a friend, rather than some stranger. Everyone enjoyed his company and loved the ceremony. Like I said, it was small, but Pastor Ed gave it a personal touch that I know we'll never forget. We feel very blessed and fortunate to have Pastor Ed marry us, as we did not have high hopes considering our initial experience with other pastors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price varies depending on the required travel. Excluding driving expenses, my fee is $175.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make initial contact on the telephone. If counseling is desired, we'll set up a date for meeting. For weddings that don't involve counseling, most of our work can be done online, although I'm open to personal meetings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate of Union Theological Seminary in Virginia and have been an ordained Presbyterian minister for about 30 years. During that time, I'm officiated 100s of weddings, but I've never done the same service twice. I've developed a system by which couples can create their own weddings. I'm licensed to officiate services in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
