We had an emergency sewage back up in the beginning of the week. We had the same issue 3 months prior and had another plumber come out to see what was the problem. They just snaked the lines and said it would be ok. Well they were wrong! 5 Star Plumbing came out, assessed the situation and came back today (Friday) to fix the problem. They were wonderful, professional, explained everything along the way and cleaned up after! We will never us another plumber ever again!!
