We had an emergency sewage back up in the beginning of the week. We had the same issue 3 months prior and had another plumber come out to see what was the problem. They just snaked the lines and said it would be ok. Well they were wrong! 5 Star Plumbing came out, assessed the situation and came back today (Friday) to fix the problem. They were wonderful, professional, explained everything along the way and cleaned up after! We will never us another plumber ever again!!

Asked them to quote a repair on two separate occasions and was told I would receive an estimate, but I never did. I followed up and still didn't receive a quote. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality of their work since I was never given the opportunity to hire them.
