Introduction: Founded in 2006, LMS Assembly Services is a family owned and operated business based in Somerset, PA Since September 2019 . Our business is centered around client convenience and satisfaction that comes from pairing modern assembly expertise with good old-fashioned professional courtesy. Our founder, having worked in the field for long, realized that despite spending thousands of dollars on the finest furniture pieces, the customers still returned to home unsatisfied and frustrated. The reason was the absence of satisfactory customer service. We realize that installing new furniture can be extremely tricky and time-consuming. It can also dampen your furniture shopping experience, and our founder was quick to respond.
He established our company with the osole purpose of helping customers out with the assembly and installation of all sorts of furniture pieces. LMS Assembly Services began to realize his motto: “Be there when you say you are going to be, do what you say that you are going to do, and have respect for the customer’s valuable time.”
What does this mean? We give the personal touch to each assembly and treat every client as a part of our growing family. Our company, in a nutshell, revived the older model of customer service in the field of furniture
assembly. Based on that model, our primary responsibility is to fully satisfy our customers and promote a more customer oriented approach. This is why our company tries to tailor its services according to your needs, and offers special free services and workmanship warranties.
What I enjoy the most is working with people and taking care of there assembly needs with true customer service so that they have a unique experience. We also offer discounts for both Active and Retired Military Law Enforcement and Firefighters. You must mention at time of booking to receive it.
