I have spent 20 years working in the human resources industry. I have worked in all levels within organizations up to and including being part of an executive leadership team. I specialize in leadership development, strategic planning and daily HR functions, including, but not limited to, recruiting, affirmative action planning, compensation systems, HRIS, employee and labor relations, and union negotiations.
