What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge either through our selected packages, or Ala Carte. We will charge a travel fee if over 25 miles per hour from Bucks County PA and we offer same day booking discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will discuss what it is that you are looking for, how many guests you will be attending, and how long your event will be. From there we will decide on how many staff members are needed, drink options, specialty cocktails, bar rentals, and more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15+ years working in the hospitality industry as a bartender, server and manager. And now owning this business for 2 years, I have worked multiple events with my staff.
