- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Job pricing is based on time, materials and equipment as well as how many visits are required to complete a job. Heavier infestations often need multiple visits. Also we need to see what causes a problem. Some services are performed at various intervals on a recurring basis, like food service, manufacturing and we even provide monthly or quarterly service for residences. Always best to have me out for a visit. We can see what is BUGGING you, and set up a treatment plan to meet your needs at a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to interview them to find out what their current situation is. Important to know what they think the problem is, what may have caused it, any pesticide or allergy concerns, pet concerns and any self treating which they might have tried. Then I inspect to see exactly what is happening, determine if I need to do any preventive or exclusion work, what materials will be needed, what treatment is called for and what time frame it will take to get it under control. Then I discuss this with the client and go forward from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been thoroughly schooled and certified. I have attended numerous training sessions, seminars and conferences as well as read a number of industry publications. I have been trained for both commercial and residential services as well as Termite work and have performed all of these services. I am constantly attending continuing education classes.
