Monthly packages range from $140 to $180 per month, family plans are $299 to $350, includes ALL members in same household, Ages 3 and up!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
come in and try 3 lessons and a uniform to feel like part of the team. ($29.99)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, weekly instructor meetings that include technique, review of kata, self defense, exercises, lesson of the week- a mental benefit to work on. In April 2015 I Earned my 5th degree Black Belt!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always a desire and passion for fitness- mind and body. The martial arts is a perfect fit.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Teach warmup, workout, plyometrics, stretching, through karate. The workout also includes self defense skills, proper form, types of stretches for different muscle groups. I will show you how the make your joints flexible and keep them safe.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Teaching martial arts camp at The Haverford School for past 2 summers- taught over 300 kids and adults!
