Ken was great to work with. He was flexible in his scheduling, very knowledgeable about the area and processes of the county, explained to me how tax assessment appeals work, respected my home and property by taking off his shoes, and delivered a very professional appraisal.

Ken was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He spent time going over everything inside and outside our home. He gave us a very detailed report along with pages of color photos of our property. I would definitely recommend his company to our friends and family.

Ken Taggart was a pleasure to deal with. He knows his stuff! We discussed a plan for my semi-complicated appraisal. He came over promptly and handled the appraisal in a very professional manner. I highly recommend him!
