- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary depending upon the type of bankruptcy that needs to be filed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically speak to a new customer over the phone to make sure that I can assist the customer with their issue. If it seems like a good match, I like to meet with the customer in person and discuss a plan to resolve their debt. If necessary, we can set up a zoom call if the customer wants to meet virtually instead.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing exclusively in the area of personal bankruptcy for over twenty years.
