We shopped around for several quotes before choosing Build Care Plus for our back, exterior door. We chose them mainly because we are on a tight budget, and reviews were overall very positive. Our old door frame was rotted from water damage, so we decided to finally replace with a pre-hung stock door and frame, with better material, from Lowes. Build Care Plus was extremely quick to answer all my questions and set up an appointment. They even picked the door up from Lowes for me, which I highly appreciated (saved me money on shipping). When they arrived, they were punctual, friendly, and best of all did a phenomenal job! Both our storm door and main door are perfectly sealed and function just fine. There are zero gaps for bugs, which is fantastic because we get a lot of ants and mosquitos where I live. We will absolutely have them return in the future to do our windows, after we pay off some other loans first. We 100% trust them to do just a good of a job, or honestly even better, than the expensive installers like Anderson, etc. Overall, A++!

Ilya did an excellent job at installing sliding patio doors from Home Depot. He picked it up at HD, saving me the delivery fee and installed it after removing the existing door. He kept the place clean and made sure my dining area did not get dirty while he had to cut tiles to fit the new door as it was slightly taller. He also insulated the surroundings well. I've had doors and windows installed by both Pella and Anderson, but I feel Ilya did a better job with the insulation, installing trim pieces, caulking, and not making a mess. I have other windows that need to be replaced and will call Build Care Plus again.
