Eugene was great - I had a leak from the ceiling below a bathroom and he was able to find the cause and fix the issue all within an hour. He was very responsive, sharing with me details along the way. He told me the fix is very simple and I could do it myself (which I totally could have), but I insisted that he gets the job done because I was so impressed by his honesty and quality of work. Highly recommended!
