We provide clear, upfront pricing based on the scope and requirements of each project. Larger electrical projects may require an on-site evaluation to provide an accurate estimate. Our pricing includes professional labor and standard installation materials unless otherwise specified. We offer competitive pricing without compromising on safety, workmanship, or quality. Discounts may be available when multiple electrical projects are completed during the same visit. Any additional work or changes to the original scope will always be discussed and approved before proceeding
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with understanding your electrical needs and the scope of the project. For straightforward work, we can often provide pricing based on photos and project details. For larger or more complex projects, we schedule an on-site evaluation to inspect the existing electrical system, discuss options, and determine the best approach. We then provide a clear written estimate outlining the scope of work and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work professionally and safely, test the installation, and review the completed work with the customer. Any changes or additional work are discussed and approved before proceeding. Our goal is straightforward communication, dependable scheduling, quality workmanship, and no surprises with the final bill
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 30 years of combined hands-on experience in the electrical trade. Both owners of AD Electrical & Home Improvements have more than 15 years of field experience and formal electrical trade education from technical college programs. Our experience includes electrical service and panel upgrades, EV charger installations, subpanels, dedicated circuits, troubleshooting, rewiring, lighting, and residential electrical renovations. We stay current with electrical codes, modern equipment, and manufacturer installation requirements. Our combination of formal technical education and extensive field experience allows us to approach every project with a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and long-term reliability.
