I submitted a request to have my deck powerwashed in mid-April. Andrew Mann from Tradition Construction LLC responded promptly with a very reasonably priced bid. I then decided to expand the request to include having the deck stained. Once again, Tradition Construction responded promptly with a very reasonable bid. The first phase of the project (powerwashing) was completed quickly, but revealed some structural damage to the wood... Andrew quickly provided an estimate for the cost of replacing the rotted decking boards and had the replacement boards installed within a few days. As often happens during outdoor projects, the weather turned uncooperative and delayed the final (staining) phase, but once the rain stopped, they were able to quickly complete the staining and finish the project. The deck looks fantastic! I was very impressed with Andrew's willingness and ability to accomodate changes as the project evolved and as we dealt with weather related delays. I would gladly use Tradition Construction again and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to have work done on their home. George Petrisko
