Arthur was on time and did a beautiful job. We could not have asked for as good as we got. The doors, framework and threshold are perfect. When the doors are closed they seal tight and there is no draft. We are very happy!

Excellent experience all around. The owner responded to my inquiry promptly, and was able to install the storm door the day after he picked it up. I found his pricing fair, and he was very upfront about all fees. The door was properly installed and looks great. It was a pleasure working with New Door Service and will def use him again for my patio door project. I wish I had found them sooner!

Artur at New Door Service recently installed a storm door at my home and did a fantastic job. Shortly after he left, I noticed some sunlight coming through a small area between the storm door and the existing entryway frame, so I sent over a photo and video. He explained that storm doors are not designed to be completely airtight or sealed, and that small gaps can occur, particularly when installing on an existing frame. Artur offered to come back out to take a look and make any reasonable adjustments possible. He listened to my concerns and added additional screws and silicone to the area to help address the issue. I truly appreciate Artur/New Door Service’s integrity, responsiveness, and willingness to make sure their customers are pleased with the installation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new storm door.
