He came. He quoted a good price. He researched the material he needed and asked for a retainer that would cover the cost of that material. He then went and purchased the supplies and did the job while I was away for 2 weeks. He awaited my return to get his final payment. He did a great job.

After suffering a leak from above onto our family room ceiling sheet rock, we needed the sheet rock replaced (about 25 square feet) and the whole ceiling painted (about 440 square feet.) The completed work is beautiful. Rob finished the job in two days.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally list most jobs at 40/ hour. Pressure washing is 30/ hour. Jobs may be priced labor only or total price. Most handy men start pricing at 50/hour. 2 hour minimum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out in detail what the customer wants and provide a description of what I can do to satisfy them, We settle on price and the job gets done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family was in the trades, I worked in the construction trades since 1970. I went to Temple college of education to teach industrial arts ( shop class)
